    To compliment your dumplings: place ½ cup Fountain Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tsp caster sugar and 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger in a bowl. Stir well and serve.

    Dip your tempura in a combination of ¼ cup Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce, 2 tbsp Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce, juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tsp grated fresh ginger.

    For an amazing hot and sour sauce, mix ½ cup Fountain Soy Sauce, ¼ cup Fountain Hot Chilli Sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 garlic cloves, crushed.

    For a yummy nachos, mash 4 avocados, combine with 2 tbsp lime juice, top with ½ cup sour cream and ⅓ cup Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce, serve with corn chips or baked tortilla chips. To make more of a meal add 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed.

    For a quick Satay Sauce, heat ½ cup Fountain Satay Sauce in the microwave 1-2 minutes, drizzle with 2 tbsp coconut cream, top with 1 tbsp chopped coriander, great with chicken, lamb or beef.

    Combine ½ cup Fountain Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Fountain Spicy Red Sauce, 2 tsp caster sugar and 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds. Goes great with prawns, dumplings and tempura.

    Add ½ cup Fountain Sweet Chilli sauce, 1 tbsp Fountain Soy Sauce, juice of 1 lime, mix to combine and gently stir through 1 ½ tbsp shredded fresh basil. For an added flavour change basil to Thai Basil.

    Mix 2 tbsp Fountain Thick Mint Sauce with 1 cup plain yoghurt, 1 garlic clove crushed, 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Great with lamb kebabs, chops or falafels.

    Try mixing 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Fountain Spicy Red sauce and 1 tbsp lemon juice together for a quick and tasty thousand Island sauce.

    Mix 1/3 cup Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce, 4 tomatoes deseeded and chopped, 1 small red onion, finely chopped. Great with any curry.

    For a dipping sauce to go with Japanese gyozas, Karage chicken and many other Japanese dishes, mix together ½ cup Fountain Soy Sauce, ¼ cup Fountain Mint Sauce, ½ cup Japanese mayonnaise and 1 tbsp wasabi paste.

    Add 2 tbsp Fountain Hot Chilli Sauce to ½ cup sour cream for a dip with a kick. Great with wedges or Fried chicken.
