Mix it up! Combine these ingredients for a flavour burst!

Break away from ordinary cooking. Liven up your dishes with these delicious flavour combinations. We love mixing up our sauces with fresh ingredients to make every meal exciting. What could you do?

  • seafood

    Mix 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Fountain Spicy Red Sauce and 1 tbsp lemon juice together for a quick and tasty Seafood sauce.
  • vegetarian

    For an easy fresh salad dressing, place ⅓ cup olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp Fountain Mint Sauce in a screw top jar, shake well to combine. Use on your favourite garden salad, couscous salad or roast vegetable salad.
  • seafood

    To add crunch and flavour to your seafood, whisk together ⅓ cup Fountain Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chopped coriander and 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds.

    Add 2 tbsp Fountain Mint Sauce to ½ cup yoghurt or sour cream and ½ small Lebanese cucumber, deseeded finely diced. Great with Indian breads and curries.

    Combine ⅓ cup Fountain Spicy Red Sauce and ¼ cup olive oil in a screw top jar; shake well for a beautiful spicy salad dressing.

    Mix together ½ cup Fountain Sweet Chilli sauce, ¼ cup Fountain Soy sauce and coat 1.5kgs chicken wings for a great marinade.

    Mix 2 tbsp Fountain Mint Sauce with 250ml custard for a great topping for meringues.

    Combine 80g softened butter with ¼ cup chopped herbs (parsley, dill, basil, chives) and ¼ cup Fountain Tomato Sauce; serve with your favourite baked seafood.

    For a quick satay sauce combine 1 cup Fountain Satay Sauce with ⅓ cup coconut cream, heat over low heat. Serve with Chicken.

    Mix 80g softened butter with ¼ cup Fountain Tomato Sauce, 2 tbsp grainy mustard and baste your sausages as you cook them for added flavour.
  • beef

    Bring your wedges, burgers or sandwiches to life, mix ½ cup sour cream and ¼ cup Fountain Sweet Chilli sauce together.
