A Julie Recipe-Quick Nachos


Prep Time: 5    Cooking Time: 5    Serves: 6-8
  1. 200g packet plain salted corn chips
  2. 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  3. 1/2 small red onion, chopped finely
  4. 1 small red chilli, chopped (optional)
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 cup sour cream
  8. 1/2 cup Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce
  9. 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  10. 1/2 cup coriander leaves, optional, to serve



  1. Arrange corn chips on a large oven-proof platter or tray.
  2. Combine avocado, onion, chilli if using and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dollop the avocado over the corn chips. Repeat with sour cream.
  4. Drizzle Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce over the top. Sprinkle cheese over and place under a hot grill until cheese is melted and brown.
  5. Sprinkle with coriander leaves if using and serve hot.
