Barbecued Garlic Beef

  1. 2 tbsp Fountain Plum Sauce
  2. 2 tbsp Fountain Classic Barbecue Sauce
  3. 2 tsp minced garlic
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. Black Peppercorns Grinder to taste
  6. 1 tbsp Fountain Mustard Sauce
  7. 4 scotch fillet steaks or
  8. 1 kg rump steak



  1. Mix FOUNTAIN sauces, minced garlic, honey and SAXA Black Peppercorn Grinder in a large bowl.
  2. Add steaks and marinate, cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Place on a pre-heated barbecue and cook for 5-10 minutes each side according to taste.
  4. Serve with Mediterranean salad.
