Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients:

Prep Time: 15    Cooking Time: 16    Serves: 8
  1. 1 x 250ml Fountain Satay Sauce
  2. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 1 tbsp Fountain Soy Sauce
  4. 1 kg chicken breast or thigh fillets, cubed
  5. 2 red onions, cut into florets
  6. 8 skewers soaked in water


   

Method:

  1. Mix FOUNTAIN Satay Sauce, peanut butter and FOUNTAIN Soy Sauce together. Add chicken and coat well.
  2. Thread chicken and onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
  3. Place on a pre-heated barbecue and cook for 6-8 minutes each side.
