Garlic Prawns


Prep Time: 10    Cooking Time: 5    Serves: 4
  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 1 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
  4. Black Peppercorns to taste
  5. 1 sachet Fountain Tomato Paste Regular
  6. 1/4 cup white wine
  7. 1kg green prawns, peeled and deveined
  8. 1 tbsp butter



  1. Place oil, garlic, SAXA Sea Salt Flakes, SAXA Black Peppercorn Grinder, FOUNTAIN Tomato Paste and wine in a large bowl. Add prawns and stir to coat.
  2. Heat butter in a large non-stick frying pan. Add prawns and cook over high heat approximately 3-5 minutes (or until flesh is white).
  3. Serve with rice or salad.
