Lemon Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:

Prep Time: 5    Cooking Time: 10    Serves: 4
  1. 4 medium salmon steaks
  2. 4 tsp Fountain Mustard Sauce
  3. 4 slices lemon


   

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Bush salmon steaks with Fountain Mustard Sauce and top with a slice of lemon. Wrap each steak in a square of baking paper.
  3. Place on a tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Unwrap to serve. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
  5. Fountain Top Tip: Use ocean trout, snapper or other white fish.
