Plum Glazed Lamb Cutlets


Prep Time: 5    Cooking Time: 5    Serves: 4-6
  1. 600g lamb cutlets
  2. 1/2 bottle Fountain Plum Sauce
  3. 1 tsp Sea Salt Flakes



  1. Combine cutlets and Fountain Plum Sauce in bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add cutlets. Sprinkle over salt.
  3. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Serve as an appetiser or with fresh steamed vegetables.
  5. Fountain Top Tip: Substitute cutlets for kangaroo fillet and cook 3-5 minutes each side.
