Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients:

Prep Time: 15    Cooking Time: 0    Serves: 6
  1. 4 lettuce leaves, shredded
  2. 1/2 cup Fountain Tomato Sauce Squeezy
  3. 1/2 lemon juice of
  4. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  5. 6 drops tabasco sauce
  6. 1/2 cup cream
  7. Black Peppercorns, to taste
  8. 1kg cooked tiger prawns, peeled
  9. 2 avocados, peeled and chopped


   

Method:

  1. Place shredded lettuce in base of 6 serving dishes.
  2. In a bowl, mix FountainTomato Sauce, lemon juice, vinegar tabasco, cream and SAXA Black Peppercorn Grinder
  3. Layer prawns, sauce and avocado on top of shredded lettuce, repeat process.
