Smoked Hickory Pork Ribs


Prep Time: 5    Cooking Time: 20    Serves: 4
  1. 1kg pork ribs
  2. 1/4 cup Fountain Smokey BBQ Squeezy
  3. 1 tbsp Fountain Sweet Chilli Squeezy
  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  5. 1 tbsp vegetable oil



  1. Place ribs in a bowl. Combine FOUNTAIN sauces, oil and garlic. Pour over ribs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Barbecue or grill ribs, turning over halfway through cooking, brushing with leftover marinade. Serve with barbecued char-grilled vegetables.
