Sweet Chilli Tomato Octopus

Ingredients:

Prep Time: 10    Cooking Time: 5    Serves: 4
  1. 1 x 50g sachet Fountain Tomato Paste Regular
  2. 1/4 cup Squeeze Sweet Chilli Sauce
  3. 1/4 cup white wine
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 3 shallots, finely chopped
  6. 500g baby octopus, cleaned
  7. 1 tbsp oil, extra


   

Method:

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour over octopus, cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator
  3. Heat extra oil in a frypan. Add octopus and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
