Chicken Fajitas

  1. 4 single chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips
  2. 2 brown onions, cut into thin wedges
  3. 1 red capsicum, seeded and cut into thin strips
  4. 1 cup Fountain Barbecue Squeezy
  5. 1 tbsp Fountain Hot Chilli Sauce, Fountain Mild Chilli Sauce or Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce
  6. 1 avocado
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. 3/4 cup sour cream
  9. salt and pepper to taste
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. 12 corn tortillas, heated
  12. 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  13. To Serve Fountain Spicy Red Sauce



  1. Place chicken breast strips, onion and capsicum in a bowl, add Fountain Sauces and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, mash the avocado, stir in lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add chicken mixture and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  4. Serve with tortillas, avocado mixture, cheese and sour cream on the side.
