Smokey BBQ Pork Ribs


Prep Time: 65    Cooking Time: 20    Serves: 4
  1. 1kg pork ribs
  2. 3/4 cup Fountain Barbecue Squeezy
  3. 1 tbsp Fountain Sweet Chilli Squeezy
  4. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. 1 clove garlic, crushed



  1. Place ribs in a bowl and combine with Fountain Sauces, oil and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Barbecue or grill ribs, turning over half way through cooking, brushing with any leftover marinade.
  3. Serve with barbecued corn cobs or baby potatoes topped with sour cream and chives.
