Chicken and Pineapple BBQ Pizza


Prep Time: 10    Cooking Time: 10    Serves: 4
  1. 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
  2. 3 tbsp Fountain Barbecue Squeezy
  3. 1/3 cup drained pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
  4. 1/2 medium red onion, finely sliced
  5. 200g grated mozzarella
  6. 1 30cm pizza crust



  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Spread Fountain Barbecue Sauce over the pizza base.
  3. Top with chopped chicken, pineapple, red onion and finally with mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Tips: Use fresh sliced mango in place of pineapple.
