A Julie Recipe-Smoked Salmon Pate

This is a great Summer entertainer. Very quick and easy to make, it can be served as a dip, or for a more elegant finger food, piped onto mini crostini and topped with some dill leaf tips.

  1. 100g smoked salmon
  2. 250g cream cheese
  3. 2 tbsp baby capers, rinsed
  4. 2 tbsp baby gherkins (cornichons)
  5. 2 tbsp fresh dill
  6. Pinch salt and ground white pepper
  7. 1 tbsp Fountain Worcestershire Sauce
  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice



  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely smooth. Taste and add more salt or pepper if required.
  2. Tip: Serve with toasted baguette rounds.
