A Julie Recipe-Smoked Salmon Pate
This is a great Summer entertainer. Very quick and easy to make, it can be served as a dip, or for a more elegant finger food, piped onto mini crostini and topped with some dill leaf tips.

- 250g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp baby capers, rinsed
- 2 tbsp baby gherkins (cornichons)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- Pinch salt and ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp Fountain Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
