Spicy Tapas Prawns

  1. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  2. 1 cup shelled prawns, tails left on
  3. 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  4. 2 tbsp Fountain Hot Chilli Sauce


  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and add prawns and garlic.
  2. Toss the prawns until just cooked and heated through.
  3. Add Fountain Hot Chilli Sauce and toss to combine.
  4. Serve hot.
  5. Tip: Serve as part of a tapas spread or as an entrée with a light Asian salad.
