Pumpkin Satay Soup

  1. 1kg pumpkin, peeled, seeded & cut into chunks
  2. 1L Gravox Real Chicken Stock
  3. 400ml Coconut Cream
  4. 1/4 cup Fountain Satay Sauce
  5. 2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes


  1. Combine the pumpkin & stock in a pot & bring to the boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes or until pumpkin is soft.
  2. Puree in a blender of food processor.
  3. Add coconut cream, Fountain Satay Sauce & salt to soup.
  4. Serve Hot
  5. Fountain Hot Tip: Use sweet potato instead of pumpkin.
