Honey Soy Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

  • 250g raw unsalted macadamia nuts
  • 250g raw unsalted peanuts
  • 220g unsalted natural almonds
  • ¼ cup Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • ½-1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt flakes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the combined nuts on a large baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden in colour.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce, sesame oil, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, paprika and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the warm nuts to the sauce mixture. Stir to coat. Spread the nut mixture over the baking tray. Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until dry to touch. Set aside on the tray to cool completely. Transfer to serving bowls and serve.
