Pea, Mint & Feta Dip

  1. Cook peas in a medium saucepan of boiling, salted water for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. Place peas in a food processor. Add mint, Fountain Thick Mint Sauce, lemon juice, feta and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Process until almost smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Drizzle with extra Fountain Thick Mint Sauce. Serve with crackers or vegetable crudités.
